Excellent! I had a pretty scary experience with a ball joint breaking. The driver talked to me to me on the way to the dealership which really calmed me down. Extremely nice person. Tow truck arrived quickly, driver knew what he was doing, was careful. Made a very good experience out of a bad day.

Excellent customer service, was able to come get my vehicle right away when everywhere else has hours long waits or wasnt answering at all. Very friendly, and reasonably priced. Hope to not have to use the service again, but if i did id definitely use them again.

Dalton picked my wife and I and our truck in Natural Bridge and took us to the shop in Watertown. He was there quickly and was very pleasant and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank You

We were on our annual shopping trip from Canada. Saturday we pulled into parking lot at Salvation Army in Watertown. Ended up with flat tire, called precision towing, wonderful young lad showed up in less than 20 minutes, instead of towing, he removed a 2 inch screw, put in plug, inflated tire and then made sure we made it to tire repair shop not to far down the road. Excellent service, would recommend highly! THANK YOU, have added you to my cell should we ever have another issue...

I locked my keys in my car pretty late at nice, and the service was fast, the person who helped me was super helpful and nice.
